It's too easy
There’s a reason most do it.
There’s a reason most have a 9-5.
It offers stability.
Safety.
Security.
Structure.
It eliminates worry.
Anxiety.
Stress.
Unpredictability.
Whereas entrepreneurship is the polar opposite.
Entrepreneurship is stressful.
Uncertain.
Unpredictable.
Scary.
So why do some choose entrepreneurship over employment?
Knowing all the pain and stress that comes with it?
Why not settle for a 9-5 to eliminate all those downsides?
3 words.
It’s too easy.
It’s simply too easy.
There’s no resistance to it.
There’s no challenge to it.
There’s no growth to it.
Which makes it meaningless.
Living a meaningless existence is far more painful than the stresses that come with entrepreneurship.
Living a meaningless existence comes with regret.
Regret cannot be rewound.
Especially not when you lie on your deathbed.
You’ll lie there wishing you’d have done more.
Wishing you were courageous.
Wishing you went against the stream.
Wishing you lived true to yourself.
Wishing you blocked out the opinions of others.
Wishing you didn’t take your life for granted.
You can see where I’m going with this…
People choose entrepreneurship because they’d rather experience the pain of adversity than the pain of regret.
Sure, it may come with a lot of downsides.
But so does settling.
Which pain would you rather subject yourself to?
The pain of adversity?
Or.
The pain of regret?
You’ve got a choice to make.
I’d suggest you choose wisely.
Since your whole life depends on it.
Fortify your mind!
