Beat your villain

Imagine there’s a version of your exact self out there.

This version looks like you.

This version behaves like you.

Yet this version is nothing like you.

This version is better than you.

At everything.

Exactly everything.

Physically.

Mentally.

Socially.

Financially.

Romantically.

EVERYTHING.

You should wake up each day with one mission and one mission alone.

To beat this version.

To become better than this alternate version of you.

What’s the best way to actually do this?

Pretend as if this version is the villain of your story arc.

Spend each waking hour becoming better than your villain.

Don’t let your villain beat you in your own storyline.

The villain can’t come out on top.

That’s not how the movies go.

That’s not how your movie can end.

You cannot allow it.

Unless you want your ancestors to roll in their graves.

Why am I encouraging you to look at it this way?

Because it puts things into perspective.

It makes you realize how much potential you actually hold.

If you can imagine an exact version of yourself completely and utterly dominating you in every aspect of life.

Then you best believe that version is possible to live out.

But to live and become your villain, you must first beat your villain.

Now, off to work.

Because your villain is not resting.

Go win.
